BATON ROUGE – Parents interested in their children taking classes not currently offered at their schools or courses that earn college credits or professional training can begin enrolling now.
Superintendent of Education John White Monday announced that the Course Choice program is now functioning and enrolling students for next school year.
“Hundreds of courses previously not available to every child will be available to them,” White said in a teleconference announcing the new system. “We have a moral imperative to provide students with an education tailored to their needs.”
